Hi, I’m Marie — founder of Virtual Savvy.

Virtual Savvy was founded in 2025 after I decided to create a more flexible working life while raising my young children. After many years working within corporate offices across operations, administration, office management, and HR support, I could see firsthand where businesses often struggled behind the scenes — unclear processes, inconsistent systems, operational overwhelm, and too much sitting with the business owner.

I started Virtual Savvy because I genuinely enjoy bringing structure and calm to busy businesses. I love helping business owners move away from constant firefighting by creating practical systems, improving workflows, and putting the right operational foundations in place so the business can run more smoothly and sustainably.

My approach is hands-on, supportive, and solutions-focused. I work closely with founder-led and growing businesses to improve organisation, strengthen processes, support teams, and create clarity in the day-to-day operations that keep everything moving.

I understand that every business operates differently, which is why I focus on practical, tailored support — not overcomplicated corporate processes that create more work.
